It leads you to believe the side section seats are much better than they are. If you come here for a concert, beware of the ticketmaster seating map. This was not our first visit, but it was definitely the last. Additionally the no smoking rooms smelled like an ashtray and the bathrooms were not clean. And I gaurantee you we would be charged extra if we stayed 1 minute past check out. She reluctantly agreed to store it for us in the back but had 'no room' for our luggage, so we could not even go to the arcade with the kids. We had a large birthday cake that had to be refrigerated and a gallon of milk. The very rude lady at the front desk explained that there was no guarantee of a room until 7pm even though check-in is at 3pm. The kids were antsy after being bound up. Over 90 minutes later, we asked again about the rooms. We were told that it would be 30 to 45 minutes before even 1 of the 3 rooms were ready. After calling to confirm check-in time of 3 pm, we arrived as a group at 3:30 pm. Group of 10 of us planned holiday/birthday trip in 3 rooms (4 kids).
